I believe effective leadership is grounded in:

Rather than rushing to solutions, I help groups slow down enough to do the work well so decisions are durable, defensible, and aligned with organizational values.

My work draws on experience supporting public and nonprofit organizations, including extensive work with governing boards, executive leaders, and community partners. I have served both as a consultant and as a board member, giving me perspective from both sides of the table.
